Custom, personalized, bulk, graduation, memorial, laser, and 3D printed items may require 5-7 business days depending on design details and current order volume.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after processing is complete. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Refunds
Because many items are made to order or customized, refunds are not available once production has started.
