A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your custom order and production slot. Orders under $300 require full payment upfront. Orders of $300 or more require a 25% retainer, which is applied toward the total order amount.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before any design, production, or assembly begins.

Rush orders are accepted on a limited basis depending on production capacity, item type, and turnaround needs. An additional rush fee may apply, and approval is required before expedited service can be added to your order. To ensure the best experience, custom orders should be placed as early as possible.
