Thank you for shopping with us. Each order is prepared with care, and many items are made to order. Please review the processing and delivery information below.


Processing Time

Orders are processed before they ship.

Standard Production Times:

• Apparel & drinkware: 1-2 business days
• Custom engraved or personalized items: 3-5 business days
• Complex or bulk custom orders: may require additional time (you will be notified)

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Estimated Shipping Times (United States)

After your order ships:

Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected at checkout)
Total Delivery Estimate: 4–8 business days from purchase

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday seasons.


Free Shipping

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Free shipping uses the same delivery speed as Standard Shipping.


Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot replace or refund the order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before production begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

However, we will help you open a carrier investigation when needed.

We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Stolen packages marked delivered


International Shipping (If Applicable)

Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
