Thank you for shopping with us. Because many of our products are made to order or delivered digitally, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please read carefully.


Digital Products (3D Files, Downloads, Templates, Resources)

All digital products are final sale.

Due to the nature of instant downloads, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue such as:
• Corrupted file
• Wrong file received
• Unable to open file

Please contact us within 7 days, and we will resend or replace the file.

We are happy to help — we just cannot refund downloadable items.


Apparel & Physical Products

Each item is made to order specifically for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size selected
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please review the size chart before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will absolutely make it right.

If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
• Incorrect

Email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

We will send a replacement at no cost.

Do not return the item unless instructed.


Custom & Personalized Items (Laser Engraving, Custom Designs)

All custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

If we made an error on our end, we will remake the item.

If the customer approved a mockup and later changed their mind, a refund cannot be issued.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
