Laser Engraving Details

  • Production Time

    Most laser engraved orders are completed within 3–7 business days, depending on the size, quantity, and complexity of the design.

    Larger projects and event orders may require additional production time.

  • Available Sizes

    Engraved pieces are available in a variety of sizes depending on the item:

    • Invitations & save the dates: 4x6 or 5x7
    • Engraved menus: 5x7 or 6x9
    • Logo signs: 8x10 and larger

    Custom sizing is available for most projects.

  • Retainer & Payment

    A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your custom engraving order date and reserve your production slot. Orders under $300 require full payment upfront. For orders of $300 or more, a 25% retainer is required and applied balance toward the total order amount.

    The remaining balance must be paid in full before any design preparation, productuction setup, or engraving begins.

  • Rush Orders

    Rush production may be available depending on our current studio schedule.

    If your order is time sensitive, please include your event date or deadline when submitting your custom order request.

    Rush orders may include an additional production fee.

Laser Engraving Process

  • Share Your Project Vision

    Start by teling us what you need from engraved signage and logo pieces to menus, keepsakes, and custom displays. Include your preferred material, sizing, wording, and any inspiration for your order.

  • Confirm Your Order

    After we review your project details, you’ll receive your quote, retainer agreement, retainer invoice, and payment link. Your order date is secured once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid.

  • Complete Final Payment

    The remaining balance must be paid in full before any design preparation, production setup, or engraving begins.

  • Design & Material Confirmation

    Once full payment is received, we confirm your engraving layout, material selection, sizing, and final production details before your piece moves into fabrication.

  • Precision Engraving

    Your piece is engraved in our studio using laser technology that creates clean, detailed designs with a refined finish.

  • Shipping

    Once your order is complete, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipping. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent.
