How the Process Works

  1. Submit your request with project details, inspiration, references, and any sizing, material, or customization notes.
  2. We review your request and prepare a custom quote based on the item, scope, quantity, and production needs.
  3. If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive your retainer agreement, retainer invoice, and payment link to secure your order date.
  4. The remaining balance must be paid in full before any design work, mockups, production, or assembly begins.
  5. Once full payment is received, your project moves into design, confirmation, and production based on the service or item selected.
  6. Your completed order is prepared for delivery, pickup, shipping, or digital transfer, depending on the project type.

Clear communication is part of the process, so you’ll know what to expect at each stage.

Retainer Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your custom order date and reserve your production slot. Orders under $300 require full payment upfront. For orders of $300 or more, a 25% retainer is required and is applied toward the total order amount. The remaining balance must be paid in full before any design, production, or assembly begins.

So, it would work like this:

  • $250 order--> pay $250 upfront
  • $300 order--> pay $75 retainer
  • $500 order--> pay $125 retainer

Because each item is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.
