How to Personalize
us know which theme you'd like from our available designs. Custom artwork requests take 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted, excluding weekends and holidays. You get 2 design revisions included — each additional revision is $15.

- Orders ship 3-5 days before your "need by" date, so please enter the correct date at checkout.
- Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of this product, all sales are final.

Custom, personalized, bulk, graduation, memorial, laser, and 3D printed items may require 5-7 business days depending on design details and current order volume.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after processing is complete. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Refunds
Because many items are made to order or customized, refunds are not available once production has started.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the concern and make it right when applicable.
